Screen Sirens podcast: Me Before You

The Screen Sirens find Emilia Clarke’s eyebrows hypnotic in Me Before You.

Me Before You is the story of Lou Clark, an enthusiastic but somewhat unambitious girl who lands a job as a carer for a disabled man, Will Trainer.  Based on the best-selling novel by Jojo Moyes the novel explores love and broadening horizons. The film’s star Emilia Clarke is best known for her role in Game of Thrones as fearless ruler Daenerys Targaryen (Mother of Dragon) but in this film we see the actress explore her romantic and comic talents. In the podcast below the Screen Sirens, Andrea Burke and Emma Rawson, weigh up how this film compares to other romantic flicks and whether Emilia Clarke is the new Julia Roberts.
